Birth Preparation

EVERY individual needs pelvic rehab during pregnancy & after giving birth!  In this prenatal program, moms can optimize their mobility before and after birth, learn about their anatomy and the physiological aspect of the birth process, and help physically prepare the body for birth through strengthening, tools to reduce anxiety, and physically releasing the pelvic floor for decreased injury during birth. By starting this program early (weeks 13-20), moms can get help prior to a problem, or injury, happening so they can have the best pregnancy and postpartum recovery possible.
